Refund policy

 

Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • If your poster arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs will be covered by LM Design Store.

  • If you request a return for reasons not related to a fault on our side, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refund process:

For return requests, you will be asked to send a photo to info@lmdesignstore.com or through the chat assistant of the website, so we can review it. Please note that if we determine that the poster or frame has been altered or manipulated by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

 

Exception – Custom Poster Designs

For personalized poster designs, a different process applies:

After receiving your request, we will send you a preview of the design, sometimes with several options if necessary.

  • If you like the preview, we will send you the design with the final decision and any available variations.

  • If you are not satisfied with the preview, we will refund your money in full.

  • Once the preview is approved by the costumer, the refund process will be exactly as the rest of desings (14 days of margin for physical posters excepting digital format posters)

 

Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us at info@lmdesignstore.com.
