1. What products does LM Design offer?
At LM Design, we offer a wide variety of high-quality designs, ideal for customizing and enhancing your home, office, or any space. Our products mainly include artistic prints and exclusive posters, primarily focused on sports cars.
2. Can I customize my design?
Yes, we offer the possibility to customize your design. To do so, we’ll ask you to provide detailed information such as the make and model of the car you want, the type of design you prefer, and a YouTube link to generate the associated QR code. If you don’t have a specific video, we can also select one for you.
You’ll also have the option to upload a photo of the car model you want to customize, as well as specify additional details like color, type of rims, or any other specific modifications you’d like to include.
It is important to note that, due to the complexity and precision required for certain preferences, some adjustments may not be entirely feasible when sourcing the image of the specific car.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to anywhere in the world.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

Europe: 4 to 7 business days

International: 7 to 12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier conditions. Also it will be needed 1 business day for the preparation and printing of the designs. We make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible!
5. How can I return a product?
If the product is incorrect or damaged, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, please email us at info@lmdesignstore.com.

6. Do you offer frames for the designs?
Yes, we sell frames in two colors: black and white, specially designed for our posters. You can choose your preferred frame when placing your order and receive your poster ready to hang.
7. How do I know if my payment was received?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your transaction details. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
