2. Can I customize my design?

Yes, we offer the possibility to customize your design. To do this, we will ask you to provide detailed information such as the make and model of the vehicle you want, the type of design you prefer, and a YouTube link to generate the associated QR code. If you don’t have a specific link, we can select the video for you.

You will also have the option to upload a photo of the car model you want to customize, as well as specify additional details such as color, wheel type, or any specific modifications you would like to include. You can do so sending us an email.

Please note that due to the complexity and precision required for certain preferences, some adjustments may not be fully feasible when searching for an accurate image of the car. However, we will do our best to adapt the design to your specifications.

 

3. How will I receive my poster?

We offer our posters in high-quality PDF format. Once you place your order, you will receive the PDF file in your email within 24 hours, ready to download and print whenever you prefer. We recommend having your poster printed at a professional print studio rather than a local shop, to ensure the highest quality and best results.

We provide our posters digitally so you can enjoy your design quickly, conveniently, and affordably. With the digital file, you can download your poster instantly, print it at home or at a local print shop, and choose the size and paper type you like best. No shipping delays, no extra costs, and total flexibility.

As this is a digital product, returns are not accepted.

 

4. How can I know if my payment has been received?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with the transaction details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
