Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • If your poster arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs will be covered by LM Design Store.
  • If you request a return for reasons not related to a fault on our side, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refund process:

For return requests, you will be asked to send a photo to info@lmdesignstore.com, so we can review it. Please note that if we determine that the poster or frame has been altered or manipulated by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

 

Exception 1 – Posters with Custom Language/Text

Posters that include editable text and are produced in the language selected by the customer are considered personalized products. As they are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Exception 2 – Custom Poster Designs

For personalized poster designs, a different process applies:

  • After receiving your request, we will send you a preview of the design, sometimes with several options if necessary.
  • If you like the preview, we will send you the design with the final version and any available variations.
  • If you are not satisfied with the preview, we will refund your money in full.
  • Once the preview is approved by the customer, the refund process will be the same as for the rest of our designs: 14 days for physical posters, excluding digital-format posters.

Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the costumer's bank. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us at info@lmdesignstore.com.
